That’s a great question. When you’re planning a new landscape installation—or remodeling an existing yard—it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin. That’s where we come in. The best first step is to contact us to schedule an on-site estimate. These visits are free, and you’ll get to meet with Jeremy personally to walk your property, discuss your ideas, and talk through what your yard is capable of based on layout, function, and budget. After the walk-through, we’ll provide a detailed estimate with a clear scope of work, so you can confidently understand the project plan and cost before moving forward.
How much does landscaping cost?
This is a great question — and the honest answer is: it depends. Every yard is different in size, layout, and condition, and every homeowner has different goals, expectations, and priorities. Because of that, it’s hard to give an accurate price without seeing the space first. That’s why Shepherd Landscape offers free on-site estimates. After meeting with you and walking the property, we’ll provide a detailed scope of work and bid so you can clearly see what’s included and what the overall investment will be.
Payment options: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, cash, and checks. We also offer financing!
How custom can my landscape installation be?
As custom as you’d like! Shepherd Landscape can build landscapes that are fully tailored to your vision, your lifestyle, and your property. We offer a wide range of landscape services and features — and when a project requires a specialty trade, we work with some of the best subcontractors in Southern Utah, and we stand behind their work just like we stand behind our own.
Custom features can include: paver patios/pads, fire pits, in-ground trampolines, water features, planter beds, concrete work, specialty fencing, and more. If you can dream it, we can help create it — and if it requires a specific expert, we’ll bring the right team in to make it happen.
Who will I be working with during my project?
We totally understand this concern — no one wants to hire a contractor and then never see or hear from them again. Shepherd Landscape is a small, hands-on team, and the owner is actively involved in the work alongside his crew. We also work closely with the homeowner throughout the entire process. When you hire Shepherd Landscape, you can expect direct contact with the owner, communication by phone and email, and support before, during, and after the installation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Shepherd Landscape is fully licensed and insured, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We’re happy to provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) and proof of liability coverage upon request.
